1. ELIGIBILITY:
The KCCNFM100 Pay It Down Contest is open only to Hawaii Residents Currently living on Oahu at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees and directors of KCCNFM100, Cox Broadcast inc., and all of their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son) and members of the same households are not eligible.

Players are eligible to win if they, any family member or anyone in the same household have not won a prize or prizes that have a cumulative total value of $100 or more in the last 90 days or a prize in valued in excess of $2,500 in the last 12 months from any combination of Cox Radio stations (KCCN-FM, KINE-FM, KRTR-FM & KPHW-FM).

By participating, you agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of KCCNFM100, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotional period begins on April 7, and ends on May 16, 2007, Monday through Friday. We'll play the game between 8am and 9pm. KCCNFM100 reserves the right to change the times and or terminate the promotion at any time.

3. How to Play:
The KCCN FM100 $1,000 Pay It Down Contest
Just listen for KCCN FM100 to say it's time to "Pay It Down".

Then be the 10th caller at 296-1003 and win $100 dollars. Correctly guess what bill is getting paid down (Auto, Cell Phone, Credit Card or Cable) and we'll up it to $1,000 CA$H!

4. Prizes:
Prizes will be presented in check form.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Contestants are eligible to receive prizes if the conditions of the prize-winning comply with the terms and conditions of the official contest rules. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prizes is permitted.

Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Winners must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification. As a condition of playing the contest and by accepting prize, winner agrees to grant to KCCNFM100, and its licensees, affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by KCCNFM100. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless KCCNFM100, its licensees, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any contest related activity, or participation in this contest.

KCCNFM100 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke any prize awarded and to disqualify any individual it finds, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner including theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the KCCNFM100 contest phone line and any other behavior deemed disruptive or unauthorized by KCCNFM100 or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. KCCNFM100 will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

KCCNFM100 and Cox Radio Hawaii will award only one prize per person, per household, per family. Multiple winners will be subsequently disqualified in accordance with these rules. Individuals may win this contest one time only and may win no more than one (1) prize valued at $100 or more from KCCN FM, KINE FM, KPHW FM or KRTR FM within 90-day period.

To claim prize, winners must provide proper proof of identification, a Drivers license, State or Military ID and sign an release/affidavit of eligibility at the KCCNFM100 offices Monday - Friday between 9:00am & 4:00pm (Prize Pickup is closed on all Holidays). Checks will be mailed within 10 business days of prize claim.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
KCCNFM100 is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the material, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the phone line. KCCNFM100 is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's communications equipment related to or resulting from participating in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of KCCFNM100 which, in the sole opinion of KCCNFM100, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, the contest will be voided.

8. DISPUTES:
As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Honolulu having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
