Hey Lost Coast keep on bringing the music. There is people who don't understand the business and only can commit on their ignorance to the industry but if they don't know , let me let them know. first of all besides all the creation and expenses it takes to keep putting out good music, How do you guys get compensated for all your hard work. I mean we live in a sharing world and 85% of cd sales has dropped because of the increase of down loads and video's is free so I guess that explains the cost of your guys rate's for live performance. I also notice that your guys artist's such as Fiji,Laga and J-boog's who have their own album out doesn't have a 2nd job and this is what they do for a living, WOW! that can really bother people when they feel their music is good enough but not enough to live on.<br> You know its kind of hard for me to work and spend my hard earn money on a concert ticket to watch and support local musicians play at the shell but the next day when i go eat breakfast ,the same person I paid to watch to sing is now serving me breakfast. I wonder if thats because all the local music supporters who appreciate the free gig's.<br> I know that anything you do you get what you put in and if making music is what you do then there is no room for anything else. You cant expect 100% from something that you dont give 100% to.<br> I seen you guys around and I never detected a high maka maka attitude but if I had low self esteem i probably would be little myself and to justify the way I feel it would be easier to point the finger at someone else instead of understanding the reality of the situation.<br> well at a time of a financial crisis , you folks are still representing local music. I dont know what else to say but I will throw da shaka to that. Respect !
